Any recent news of TCS layoffs? If yes then how are they giving compensation? I have been on the bench since the 1st Dec.

Dude, just try really hard outside, if you put down resignation, you will be released within 1 day. Use that bargaining chip to get job outside. No one can tell exactly how much days is bench policy for each level.

For Dec month no one has approached me for allocation, now since first Jan I started getting emails from RMG just for asking skills. No idea what is the plan
