Trending @Accenture; Any promotion or hike?

I joined Accenture in November 2023. Since then, I have worked on the same product line and completed around four projects. However, during the last appraisal cycle in December 2024, I was informed that I wouldn't receive a hike as I hadn't completed one year. Will I be eligible for a hike in the upcoming June 2024 cycle?

Hey,you should get the hike in December 2024 as you will complete one year,Its default you must get it in dec 2024,speak to your leads immediately
