- Is layoff completed - we don't have a number,exercise will continue
- Hybrid model - No, Collaboration blah blah
- Hike and increments to C3 and above - No positive ans, no date nothing
- AI data center - It will be 10 gw in 5 years, man atleast implement something and then be confident
None of them has confident body language to address any real problem.
Disaster townhall of all time. No positive. Just glorifying AI and chennai questions...
If not having a concrete answer add the word AI and glorify it😄
Ceo is looking clueless, coo is talking bla bla bla, everyone is like no idea what is going on.. faces are pale as if jabardasti baithna pad raha ho .. no clear vision as what to implement just empty words

Waste of time , Very tough days for this company ahead .all knows about the desperation at ground level, middle level but saw that even at leadership level yesterday..
