Any Other Salesforce Devs Struggling Right Now?

Are there any Salesforce developers here? I have 3 years of experience, but lately, I’ve been struggling to get interview calls. Just wanted to check , are any other Salesforce devs facing the same situation?
Is the job market particularly tough right now for Salesforce developers? If you’re getting a decent number of opportunities or interview calls, would really appreciate if you could share what’s working for you , any strategies or tips to navigate the current market?

Yo man. Job market is not at all tough. Gave 30+ interviews in last month. There is lot of demand apply everywhere naukri, linkedin, career website. In last 15 days I used to get 10+ calls daily for interviews and on few days I gave 3 interviews.
How many YOE ? I gave 2 interviews , cracked both but never got the offer letter :(
last 3 months not last month. Seems like grapevine doesn't have editing comment feature yet.
I'm also facing the same issue. And on top of that, they are not offering proper amount
