Any option to reduce notice period

I have offer if I join organization in 60days but notice period is 90days. I had a word with my manager and my project is ready to release me in 60days. But HR is not listening to them neither me. How can I deal this? Manager had a word with HR and HR said it's organization policy to serve 90days.......

Now a days, it's difficult to change the Hr decision for notice period related issues, I think you don't have a choice. As many people have resigning, bcz of frustation due to appraisals.
