I have around 5 years of experience in IT operations and technical support, specializing in IT asset management, software support, and system administration. In my previous role, I managed IT assets, software installations, and provided end-user support. I have hands-on experience with ServiceNow for IT service management, Print Central for print services, and Cydex for network security. Additionally, I’ve worked with Ariba for asset procurement, Epro for vendor management, and Insight Order for inventory tracking.
