Any openings for Salesforce Marketing cloud?

Hi all, I am working with IBM and have 6.5years of relevant exp. I am trying to switch and also tried giving interviews. I cleared all the rounds in few mncs like tcs but they don’t release offer. My NP is 90 days and everyone wants early joiner 😑
