Can you help me to understand more please. I have both RSU and PSU. But couldn’t able to understand how these are different from RSU.

RSU’s - you get what was committed . But PSU is based on the qualification . So if you got say 600 vesting over 3 years, ideally it should have been 200 each year, but now you will only get 100 for this year

Now only PSU’s they are giving and eligibility is L5 onwards and depending in your DM recommendation.

Thanks for the info!! They mentioned 260 units over the three years .. which means 86 per year and will get only 43😔. Kind of playing tactics!!
