I submitted my papers on Feb19 and am not going to the office since then. Any one who is on Notice period not going to the office? What reasons we should tell our lead/manager if they ask to come to office

I'm also on notice period but I'm visiting the office once.

My LWD is 30th April so will I or we get a variable pay?

Actually you should get VP but since VP are credited in May months salary not sure

My friend is on notice. Kept a day after you. On Feb 20. His LWD id may 20. He is not going. And lead asked to visit atleast once in 2 week. Or just swipe if needed.
