Any one faced Similar Experience ?? Thoughts please

Had an final round/2nd round interview in Top 5 MNC in office premises, Recruiter said it was technical 2 but interviewer is fully on MR round, after some time interviewer asked me to stop the technicinal part. I was confused on this and poor connection and communication with panel as well.

But interviewer explained me the roles and responsibilities of the role with my question.

Any thoughts on next step and similar experience?
