Any one explain me increment and promotion process in TCS ? From prime C1 grade

Both increment and promotion is a scam in TCS. Do Not expect anything from this unethical company doing scams in all processes

Promotion from C1 to C2 usually takes 3-4 years, but A bands can fast-track it. Manager's nomination is key, and salary hikes vary, often around 15%
