Any of you people planning to buy a home instead of rent?

Why don’t people form a group and buy land at same place and then build houses? I have never understood that. People should build own communities, how nice it would be.

I bought one around 2 years ago in a pre-launch venture. If you have the capital, and contacts with good brokers, you can use them to fetch rent.

I already built one in my hometown, tier2 city, bought a plot and built myself. Value appreciated well. I don't think the same for a flat in tier1 city tbh, I would rent for as long as possible.
