Given your corporate experience anything you would feel good sharing...

Never get into fight/argument with seniors. No matter who is right. Always have smooth exit.

Give your hundred percent. 20% on each day a week. If Saturday is a working day, give zero.
Keep your ppt and excel talents private; else, you'll be doing those for everyone.
Everyone and their dog knows people lie to get holidays, so don't be afraid to use yours.
HR is for the company, not employees.
Yeah..I mean it's quite true..I have seen all sorts of people here at my current org..
- Worked relentlessly hard and switched after mastering their domain.
- Worked just okay okay and kept preparing and switched.
So yup it's growing and money π° flowing in eventually...

No matter how bad it gets, maintain an image that everything is happy happy at work
Cause even if you voice out bad things, nothing changes
If you pretend to be all good, people remember - mainly managers think you're doing good
Yeah in the beginning I voiced out on a few things and that backfired...since then stopped...
