Career growth is not only dependent on the hard work (bare minimum), but a lot of other factors like visibility in organization, ability to manage up and down, navigate through politics etc.

Give your hundred percent. 20% on each day a week. If Saturday is a working day, give zero.

Keep your ppt and excel talents private; else, you'll be doing those for everyone.

Everyone and their dog knows people lie to get holidays, so don't be afraid to use yours.

Yeah..I mean it's quite true..I have seen all sorts of people here at my current org..

  1. Worked relentlessly hard and switched after mastering their domain.
  2. Worked just okay okay and kept preparing and switched.

So yup it's growing and money πŸ’° flowing in eventually...

If you pretend to be all good, people remember - mainly managers think you're doing good
