TCS does not want associates to get promoted. While they can hire from outside and offer them a big pay check as well as designation. The cycle they use has punctures and they won't start promotion until their puncture is fixed. The best bullshit bunch of people are the HR's after your manager.

I just spoke to HR , they said cycle is not opened yet and no ETA can be given. That's what he said .
