Any news of tier 2 offices
Anyone heard like tcs is closing it's small offices in tier 2 cities like bhopal Indore bhubaneswar varanasi patna etc ?
One source told me along with layoff tcs is planning to close all these small offices to save cost .
My friend from Bhopal has confirmed that associates have been asked to look for other locations like Indore. Bhopal office is being shut down.
is this confirmed news as we are aware about maintenance
Is he having a depute location as bhopal? Cuz people who have indore location and works from here asked to report to indore and other locations to report to their respective locations. Nothing has been communicated concretely to bhopal associates.
They should close 75% offices and allow work from home they can save too much but that moron ceo don't have any common sense company is wasting money on office and employees wasting their time and money on rent traffic and literally nobody works in office people just go for swiping purpose

Bhopal might be closing not sure but it was majorly passport office related and people could just swipe there. Indore not possible anytime soon. And i don't think they will close these office because they got these office land at 1 rs from state so it will be stupid idea to close them secondly IMO if they plan to close they will leave/sell their tier 1 city offices where they have to pay high rent for the building.
bhopal office was open odc kind of few seats reserved for few accounts rest was open kind passport office is on different floor
