Have been hearing rumours of letters being rolled out by dec last week or jan first week. Does anyone have any concrete updates about it? as well as the expected hike % ?

Hike letters are definitely rolling out by jan first week for JL4 and below. Expect around 5-7% hike for "Met" ratings and 7-12% for "Commendable" ratings. No more rumors, this is it! 💥
