Trending @Infosys; Any Managers out there please help me and clear this doubt regarding my promotion.

[please read full text to understand my situation]

I have joined in infy as M.E fresher at Jan 2022. I performed well in both generic and stream training still I didnt get project for nearly 1.3 years. I was in bench for that 1.3 years but i was kept on learning by attending trainings and by doing certifications. I have been reskilled in another technology nd I even performed well in that reskilling training. Then I got a project at Oct 2023 but i was not allocated into any work but my allocation was in production.

At mar 2024 my team started to give me work and i was giving my best in it. At Oct 2024 I have been removed from that project in the name of Unit Reorg. But i got another project in nov 2024 and i am working in that till date.

I have been given “met expectation” for past 2 cycles. By this Jan 2025 I have completed 3 years in infosys. My stream batchmates mostly got Jl4 tech analyst promotion. Will i be eligible for jl4 promotion atleast in upcomming quarter at apr 2025. Will you please tell me.

Because of the long bench, i got confirmation in 5 months delay. Everyone in my batch got confirmatiom at 1st of april 2023 but i got at 1st of sep 2023.

Because of late confirmation., i got sse progression in delay of 3 months. Everyone in my batch got in 1st of jan 2024 and i got in 1st of april 2024.

How to get jl4 promotion in my case. I have even pinged my manager regarding my promotion by telling that i have completed 3 years and asked my manager to consider me for promotion. My manager just saw my text but didnt reply.

Can you please tell me when I ll get and what i have to do from my side.
