What will happen if I resign during pip in accenture and I failed to clear it. Will i be getting notice period to serve or asked to resign on the last day of PIP. And what all will be the components of F&F. Any genuine answers will be appreciated.

I am on PIP and asked this question to the HR, she said if we fail to clear PIP, then we will have to leave. We don’t get to serve NP in that case.
There was a case recently and I was PIP owner The person wanted to leave during PIP, however HR advised them to finish PIP and would mark it as unsuccessful. This would show as termination and then you will get 3 months pay as severance and don't have to serve notice period. However, do remember it shows as termination and might look bad on your CV in case of background checks and if you wanna come back to Accenture in the future might be a hindrance. Resigning and serving notice period doesn't look bad on the CV in my opinion. Best of luck on your decision!
