Trending @Accenture; Any level 12/11 got pip? As well as no hike/vp?

What is the new scam by Accenture? They are giving pip to employees and not offering them hike/vp. Employees are not getting any emails for pip only verbal declaration is there with Manager and people lead. Anyone faced this or have any idea on this? What is the pip process in Accenture

Wait for formal process to begun. By the end of nov.
There might be chances it never begin as sometimes they postpone. But it can be given anytime from now to feb
