Trending @Accenture; Any lead/upper level can confirm on this?

Today my lead said that Accenture has removed the Distinct category from talent outcome. Is it true?

She said that now Accenture has only four categories, no performance, performance improvement, continue grow and learn, Promote.

If so how good performer will be differentiated and how variable pay will be given for 3rd category that is continue grow and learn.

Yes that's correct. Variable pay almost everyone gets the same f they have project code and are not in PIP

You cannot see it, if your lead is frank with you, ask her/him what category he/she put you in the ABCD
