Trending @Accenture; Any L8 from ATCI, who has received promotion or hike? Would be great for everyone at these levels to understand where they stand.

L8 are special bunch of people who are given a carrot in front of them (M level promotion) and made to work both as a TL and a M. I am part of it as well.

Level 8 last hike in nov 2022.. ,nov 2023 - pip no hike, nov 2024 - no hike across level 8.. 2025 June Now waiting for communications.. Feeling struck, neither switch nor hike 😌
