Trending @Accenture; Any L12 completed 2 years and got default promotion to L11 here ?

They scammed us real bad here , i joined in April 2023 no promotion not even stay at level hike this time , only got 15 hike in 2024 june cycle thats all. Last dec they said you can expect some good hike in next cycle.

I have completed, 20 months and got promoted today...

Didn't got promoted 😕 MAL 21 month's, they didn't gave hike in base pay also
