Trending @Capgemini; Any information when would Capgemini release variable pay for 2025 year ?Generally it should partially credited in Jan 2026 but did not.

If you have rating 3 or above then you are eligible. But its just eligibility, payout criteria will be clear only after receiving letter

So I got promoted to C1 in October 2025. In my compensation letter its written I am eligible for vp and the subsequent amount say X.

From 13th October I am on my Maternity leave. Got good rating too in review cycle of December.
Will I be getting variable pay? Despite being eligible, if yes will it be credited in full what was committed X or will it be in parts or Will it be one time with less amount
