Trending @Infosys; Any IJP selection regrets?
To those who changed to a different project through IJP, do you regret in current project you got through IJP? Ever felt previous project/team was way better or much better than current one?
Previously worked in insurance adm for 3yrs. I had commendable and os ratings. Then I thought of upskilling and using ijp I joined dna account. Here in last 3 year's I got ME rating and no hike at all. I am not saying it's generalized case it could be different for others.
Only one suggestion for people changing account using ijp. If you found project manager is not good at English speaking then please don't join such project.
Can a systems associate apply to associate consultant exam like power programmer
Check your eligibility by trying to nominate yourself for it. You will only be able to apply if the eligibility is met. The system will tell you whether you are eligible or not.
