Any ideas to get rid of night shift.

I am doing night shift (upto 2 AM) since last 1.5 years. Any idea guys to change the shift? Is there any rule in TCS which I can point?

Take occasional unplanned leaves, tell you are sick. It is your manager's responsibility to have a backup.

Tell you got health issues because of night shift.

Perform poorly (only) in night shift. Respond late when someone pings you.

Dont argue with your manager. Be polite.
