Any idea when the promotion window will open?

If not an issue may I know your grade and ctc bro? I'm c1 with 6 yoe lateral hire 10.54 lpa Based on hr connect few days back they did not provide any info for promotion

No promotions in this shit company, deserving people are only getting workload, it's high time to look for better opportunities rather than waiting for 2-3 years for a promotion of mere 15% that too is uncertain nowadays

Raise grievance in Ultimatix portal under the talent development department for the same…then only they will know that employees are concerned about this otherwise forget it happening anymore

Don't expect promotions anytime soon....HR will not have informed on this..only limited top HR control this
