If you mean from c1 to c2 promotion then wait till quarter end and see if cycle comes and if you mean c2 to C3A then already recommendations are in system and letter will come by next week

mine c1 to c2 got initiated in q2 itself and waiting for result... mine name was in top of managers recommendation.

Its not about any time. All small promotions will be released in each quarter 2nd week. Now for this quarter it will be next week Monday april 7th.
Also your delivery manager should give recommendations then only you will get
