Also if they said yes you can work from your base location then make sure you also ask them to send an email stating the same so you are safe for future uncertainties.

Is it still running? I was part of TD in previous firm, all Canadian projects are run by Asians(due to immigrants) so you will not get the feel of working with English people who can understand our efforts.
