Any idea on Service now development as a career? Is it promising? Can i make a switch from L1 support role to that role?

Iam currently working as servicenow developer from 2 and half years. Openings are good but you will get a chance to shift only after 3 year because most of the openings will be there for 3+ only You can switch initially learn adminstration part thoroughly later you can focus on development
