Unfortunately Yes...We are trying hard not to have any IP for ASE's but HR has IP budget for ASE ..so can't really help much

I am getting a lot of push to put them in ip too. I want to protect for now as they are least paid and will find it difficult if they go out. But they are very lazy and since the last year of trying to help them they are very against any work and expect chill life, so in a rock and hard place.

Yes but if we are in a project and working for 11 hrs a day rather than 9 hrs trying our best will we still get PIP and who decides this non compliance and PIP do HRs do that my efforts in the project are known to my team lead and a little to my manager I don't know if HR knows then can they just on the basis of i not going to office weekly once for 3 weeks will lead me to PIP?? @GlitteringComportment @Prongz i hope you can answer my questions as you are at a higher level
