Any idea how TCS is calculating VRS / ERS amount for settlement

Experience in TCS above 20 years or Age above 50 years, AND listed in the fluidity.

Severance is YOE in TCS x 2/3 x gross monthly salary plus 3 months gross in addition to this.

Have heard this for C5s. Not sure of other lower or higher designations.

TCS service in years/2 that many month's gross pay as severance and 3 months notice pay.

Above 50 only
