Any idea how accenture recruitment works?

Hi all

I have been selected for the first round of Accenture interview and asked to choose slots for the next round and they mentioned this is the final round, After selecting the slots I didn't get any confirmation I have been rescheduling till now, and my application status is active

Note: I haven't applied for this role, Accenture Hr team connected with me through Naukari

My process took 1.5 months then they didn't even discuss my expectation or locations etc, they simply rolled out my offer letter with 20% hike which later I had to reject as there was no point in switching, I am not saying your experience would be same as mine, but this what happened with me 2 months back
