Despite my best efforts,i was given the rating as succeeding which is 3. Should I expect any increment in my salary in March 2025?
Can HR play any role in it or its only manager?
Same here. I get exceptional feedback from my clients. I joined CG in Feb 2024. Yet my manager from CG said that I should not expect any increment within 1 year even though he acknowledged that I have the best feedback from my clients.
Even after getting exceptional feedback I got "succeeding" from CG. So what the client says doesn't matter.
Expect 2% , nit more than that
You guys are wasting your in CG if you have less than 3 years of experience.
Don't be upset.... For rating 3 we will get 2% hike.. I got in 2023...
Same here, better take the variable after March end and start for job hunt
