How the questions and tests would be in Infosys?

What will be the role given for IT professionals having experience between 6.5-7Yrs and 7-8Yrs in infosys currently and what is the min and max ranges of salaries of these roles.

I applied to Infosys around a month back. I got the call from HR, and I have also given first round of interview over video call. It has been around 15 days, but I have not heard back from HR. Should I assume that I was not shortlisted? ...
