R1 -(100% Variable Pay) R2 -(90 % Variable Pay) R3-(70% Variable Pay) R4-(25 Variable Pay) R5-(0 Variable Pay)

R1 (Outstanding Performance/OP or DP Distinguished Performance), R2 (Exceptional Performance/EP), R3 (Good Performance/GP), R4 (Average Performance/AP), and R5 (Below Average/Poor Performance).

What about in between 70-90 rating

This would be changing every year.

Even top rating last year in LSH domain has got only 80%. HCL stopped paying 100% long back.

Sometimes R1 rating will get 110% or 120% also
