Any HRs on this sub? I need urgent help!!!! My manager is forcing me to resign or will put me on PIP.

My feedback was overall good last year till October, until I had an argument with my manager in October end. After that, we directly interacted in my year-end review he gave me a OGO rating, and was asking me to resign and that he will support me to find a new job.

And now today he called me and said that I don't have time and since I was doing WFH since last 2 weeks and will coming to office next week, he is threatening me to put on PIP and has already started to do handover of my projects.

What all rights do I have? I might be put on PIP but then how much time would i have given I am put on PIP? Also will this impact my bonus?

Please help!

Pip - leave and go for another company.

Your manager will find or create enough evidence to say you are not even qualified to pass lkg.

Don't stress over it.
