Trending @Accenture; Any HR out here??

I joined Accenture back in December 2022 at L12 with the role of ASE (Infra managed service associate). As per the policy i read somewhere. It was mentioned that there is a default program after the completion of 2 Years. So will i get promoted in this cycle or in the upcoming cycle after the completion of 2 Years. Someone please elaborate on this.
