Any HR/expert in PE appraisal !!

I have raised 2 PE appraisal for 2024-25. 1- In 1st project that was for 3.5 months only I have set only one goal by myself. Don't think they even care to give ratings.

2- In 2nd project , I have been for 6 months and goals have been set properly.

So, I want to ask if 1st project won't give any ratings; will it affect my overall appraisal ??

Any suggestions how it will be evaluated in this scenario !!
