Trending @Cognizant; Any growth in bid management

Hello gyuzz. So after MBA I am working in the bid Management field. Where I handle the RFP's RFI's. But sometimes it feels more of an administrative work rather than more technical work. If anyone is working in the same field and has a good experience what is the further path in this?
