Trending @HCL; Any got a hike in HCL after completing first year

HCL not a good company to stay.... I heard they postponed hikes frequently

It surely depends on package
If u have high package then no hikes
If you have lower than normal then around 5-10% based on performance review

Majorly they add things in bonus part which is variable and when the bonus is to be released they lowers the percentage everytime
