I saw some Guide profile saying Verified (blue tick) But there aren't even level 3 or 4

Couldn't find anything related on Internet

Anyone knows what it means and how to fetch it?

I'm level 8. Didn't receive any goodies till date. Only occasionally they send email invites for some local guide events (mostly in BLR)
