Any good projects for someone who's on bench?
So I was recently released from my project (support on some old tech) and am looking forward to any better opportunities which can help me further too in my career. Anyone knows any good opportunities please let me know. Would really appreciate the help! I'm also open for onsite opportunities if those are possible.
Good Opportunities are currently less here. You can try in Knome and Spam in Gchats or teams.
But honestly talent crunch is there what projects need are qualified talented resources. We have brilliant potential resources but high talent who can teach them have left or are leaving. So projects are no longer good opportunities.
The other issue is if you are good talent and you can pick up stuff with the docs in place they still treat you like garbage and no band nor promotion nor nothing.
Honestly, my suggestion upskill and jump especially if you have completed 2 or 2+ YoE and less than 35 Years of age
