Any good company still hiring?
I am looking for a frontend engineer role, and I want to change my current company. The problem is only a handful of companies give the TC I have with 3 YOE, enough jobs are still in the market but not in the range of TC 40lpa+ I am looking for. At this point I don't want to get lowballed and just accept any company offer just because I want to leave my current company. Any leads would be appreciated

A job is supposed to make you money right? Why don't you take a bare minimum salary that you can live e.g 20k/month ? Founders can become rich but employees are supposed to do job as a hobby?

There are many companies which can offer 40+ for 3 yoe. It's not just handful.
Literally any top unicorn or a decent MNC can match that comp. Although majority of them are in hiring freeze.
Ryt now phonepe, Oracle OCI, Uber are hiring from what I know.

Uber is the best top company that’s hiring right now. Rippling if you see a role.

OP can you share if Amazon is hiring for FE roles now or in the near future?
Right now uber can be a good choice in terms of work and TC . Other than that, considering current scenario i can not see any company giving salary in that range
