Any good companies to work for in Delhi NCR?

I currently work at oracle but want to switch because the kind of work I am getting is not good and also recently I’ve seen job security is getting lesser. Can you recommend some good companies in NCR worth going to? I was thinking amazon but heard amazon gurgaon is really bad at treating employees also they have hire and fire policy based on projects they get. Microsoft is also there but tech stack is completely different than rest of industry. Any recommendations are welcome
