Any good companies in RF other than Qualcomm?

I'm an RF engineer in Qualcomm, team is great but the work dynamic is so bad. Whether you sleep or not doesn't matter, if you have the task finished/data ready you are a good employee. Problem is everyone got used to this culture and accepted their jobs. So leads doesn't care that much of your well being.

However I don't blame people, the system in this org itself is like that.

On top of this, extreme efficiency is expected from each employee from higher management.

So I'm thinking of moving to some other company.

Any thoughts on companies that pay well but not extreme work load?
