Any Genuine Job Consultancy Recommendations?

Hi everyone,

Recently, I received a call from a job consultancy that reviewed my profile and discussed opportunities along with a structured program. As part of the discussion, they mentioned a paid model with promises of interview calls and end-to-end tracking of applications.

While I appreciate the effort and guidance, I personally prefer working with genuine, transparent consultancies or recruiters who either: • Work on direct company hiring, or • Provide real interview opportunities without placement fees, or • Have a clear and ethical recruitment process

If anyone here has personally worked with or knows of a reliable consultancy / recruiter (India or overseas) that truly helps with job opportunities or interview calls, I’d really appreciate your recommendations.
