For Software better try EU/US. Nothing available in Asian and UAE. Hardly you will have any vacancies

No one will hire you directly for Abroad. Join any mnc which has offices across and then switch team to go onsite. Second option is to do masters and then get campus placement overe there. You cannot directly go abroad/join any other country. Directly only Malasia and UAE/Vietanam has jobs but not in software
There are some consultancies which apply H1B visa, get you Visa, send you US, but you pay all the taxes without getting any salary being paid. So you keep paying taxes, without getting any salary, and keep searching an actual Job, all on a real H1B Visa. Risky, but some folks take that route too
Not interested in US.
