Any fresher here??

How do you guys search for jobs and apply to it as a graduate from tier 3 college as now the situation is different.my brother is searching for freshers roles but I don't have any idea about the freshers market situation right now...is naukri and linkedin enough and he is searching for data analyst role ..but open to other roles as well ...any heads up on this will be helpful.. Thanks for the help...
