Any feedback on Zinnov Consulting? How's the work-life balance and culture.. I have been offered role of Project lead in the GCC team

I worked for Zinnov for a few months years ago. And lol - the term ‘work life balance’ doesn’t exist. You will end up working 12-25+ hours a day, especially if you’re a project lead. GCC team - this is the one led by AG who reports to NT who reports to Pari (won’t share full names for privacy reasons). You’ll burn out and quit in months if not weeks.

Zinnov is a tiny consulting firm but they work with some tough clients. Leads would be expected to do everything from presentations at pitches to organizing meetings to LinkedIn posts.
