Any expert CA here, I have one case to discuss. Please help

Suppose I was in some company X. I left that ‘X’ company after working 3 month, I serve 15 days of NOTICE Period. Now in FNF the company is asking me for NOTICE period recovery amount.

Notice period was of 2 month but I served 15 days. Now company is asking me to Pay money for 45 days. amount = ((base salary)/365)*45; So I have paid them the amount. But when earlier I got the salary of 3 months it was exclusive of Taxes(TDS, etc). But in FNF I have paid them full amount(actual salary + (taxes they used to cut like TDS).

So is it possible to claim back extra TDS that I have paid them in FNF?
